£17,000 a year - Temporary, Contract

Sales Admin consultants for BULGARIAN, POLISH & RUSSIAN SPEAKERS dealing with Bulgarian, Polish & Russian speakers & region. Responsibilities (Include but are not limited to):
-Effectively responding to sales enquiries over the telephone and by email
-Logging the outcomes of all sales enquiries/customer contact onto our CRM database.
-Tracking and proactively following up leads from prospect clients to secure sales *
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers.
-Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions *
- Bookings of an appointments with client *
- Maintaining a professional and customer centric attitude at all time *
- Assisting with all administration which will include filing, photocopying, data entry, document control * Supporting with ad-hoc administrative tasks as directed *
- Dealing with HMRC on behalf of client (Full training will be given) *
-Dealing with Customer enquiries and complaints * Taking payments on the phone *
- On the completion of assignment sending email to the client

- Full training is provided and ongoing support
-Expensed mobile phone

- Good communicator/telephone manner *
-Detail conscious and organised * Business acumen *

-Ability to understand and explain our products and services to customers *
-Willingness to learn and adapt * Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) skills *
Flexible Working Attitude
-2nd European language advantageous (Hungarian, Latvian ETC are welcome too)
