Roxana Tesiu appointed as the new Vice-President of Human Resources for TELUS International Europe

Roxana Tesiu has been named Vice-President Human Resources of TELUS International Europe. In her new role, she will lead the HR teams in both Romania and Bulgaria, at a time when the number of team members in both countries is about to reach 4,000.

Roxana brings over 17 years of HR experience from BPO, IT, telecommunications operations and consulting, more recently.

In her prior professional assignments, Roxana served as a key business partner to Wipro's operations in Europe, where she was involved in complex HR processes, ranging from mergers and acquisitions to employee mobility, and was instrumental in setting up new business locations.

She spent her last five years leading HR functional teams across Europe (in Hungary, Ireland, Kazakhstan, Poland, Romania, Turkey, and the UK). Under her guidance, the Wipro HR team won awards for excellence in execution and people engagement.

Roxana holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Bucharest University Law School. She also holds an EMBA degree from ASEBUSS, as well as HR and coaching certifications. She is certified as a professional Coach with ICF - International Coach Federation (ACC level).

Roxana was inspired to join TELUS International because of "its caring culture and tremendous passion for putting customers first." As an HR practitioner, she considers herself to be a "hands-on/lead-by-example" leader.
